The training will be carried out in small groups and within your company’s premises/offices in or near London, thus maximising your employee’s learning success. All our courses come with an optional exam and certification.

The syllabus can be individually tailored to your employee’s requirements. A staff training course takes from 2 weeks to 12 weeks with 4-8 hours per week.

Microsoft Office Applications
This course aims at providing your employees with a general and profound understanding of the applications within the Microsoft Office package. Unless agreed otherwise, the emphasis is Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, the most commonly used Office applications.

PC Hardware and Maintenance
This course will give your employees a hands-on experience of building and maintaining computers. Apart from the actual PC Building and Upgrading skills, this course will be most beneficial for those employees who have a psychological barrier of “touching” PCs und thus re-gain confidence as PC users.

• 6 hours per week
• Optional Exam, at extra cost: A+ (Certified PC Hardware Engineer)

Microsoft Networking
Your employees will benefit from a hands-on introduction to Networking in a Microsoft Windows environment. The syllabus includes concepts of network architecture, network protocols, file and printer sharing, security issues (Firewalls, etc), Internet connectivity and network configuration and deployment.

• Course duration: 8 weeks
• 6 hours per week
